What Now Nashville connected with Paul Goldsmith over the phone.

“We think the combination of Saladworks and Frutta Bowls is the perfect partnership and has something for the whole family,” said Goldsmith. “Salads are a healthy staple for everyone, and Açai bowls are really popular with the younger demographics.”

Guests to this convenient location off a major intersection in Spring Hill will be able to order from both Saladworks and Frutta Bowls’ menus. Guests will be able to design their own salads and Açai bowls from a selection of 60 fresh ingredients. Additional menu items include wraps, soups, smoothies, toasts, protein bites and more.

Inside there is enough seating for approximately 20 guests. The Goldsmiths plan to add a few tables outdoors so people can enjoy their meals while soaking up some vitamin D. Goldsmith hopes the restaurant’s location right in front of the Williamson Health Medical Group’s building will make it a go-to spot for employees seeking out a healthy and quick meal.

Serving the community and creating healthy dining options is integral to the Goldsmiths’ mission as entrepreneurs.

“Maryanne and I chose to make our home here in Spring Hill about seven years ago,” said Goldsmith. “Two years ago we bought a Burn Boot Camp franchise, and we’ve both loved being a part of people’s health journeys through that business. The foundation of all good health starts with great food, and there isn’t really anything like Saladworks and Frutta Bowls here currently. We thought bringing both brands to Spring Hill would be the perfect pairing.”

According to a press release shared with What Now Nashville, Saladworks currently has 165 locations across 25 states and two countries, and Frutta Bowls has 39 locations across 16 states. Both brands are under the umbrella of parent company WOWorks, whose other concepts include Barberitos Southwestern Grille and Cantina, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, The Simple Greek and Z!Eats.

During the Spring Hill Saladworks and Frutta Bowls’ opening, 20% of proceeds will go towards The Well Outreach food pantry, an organization that is near and dear to the Goldsmiths’s hearts.

The co-branded Saladworks and Frutta Bowls is set to open shortly.
