Dos Bros, a fast-casual Tex-Mex concept that was founded in Tennessee in 2015, is opening a new location in Springfield. This latest location on Memorial Blvd will be own and operated by franchisee Meet Patel.
What Now Nashville connected with Patel over the phone.
“I think people will respond well to Dos Bros because it is locally-owned,” said Patel. “Also, our Tex-Mex food is not like what other restaurants serve in the area.”
Menu offerings at Dos Bros include burritos, tacos, bowls, salads, nachos, quesadillas, guacamole and a kids’ menu. According to previous reporting by What Now Atlanta, Dos Bros has some ambitious expansion plays underway across the South. For Patel, this is not only his first time working with Dos Bros, but his first franchise as well.
“This is my first business, and I am really excited about bringing Dos Bros to this community.”
Patel confirmed that construction is approaching completion in the next few weeks. He is aiming to open the first week of July.
