Another Broken Egg Cafe is ushering in an unmatched, exceptional brunch experience to those who love Southern-inspired food and amazing customer service in Bellevue with the opening of its newest location at 8129 Sawyer Brown Road in the One Bellevue Place shopping complex.

Known for its Southern-inspired menu offerings with innovative twists and signature cocktails, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s Bellevue location features about 180 seats for guests, an expansive full bar, patio seating and a private dining room.

This opening also marks the first location for franchisee Max Coyle, who will be operating the cafe alongside his father-in-law, Keith White. Together, they have committed to opening five cafes across Middle Tennessee, with plans to expand from Bellevue to Murfreesboro over the next few years.

“Our cafe is in a fantastic location with heavy foot traffic in the One Bellevue Place shopping complex, just off U.S. 70,” said Max Coyle, franchisee in a statement. “We’re excited to bring Another Broken Egg Cafe to the market because there’s really no other concept like it in Bellevue. The community has been eagerly awaiting something new and different, and we’re thrilled to provide an elevated brunch experience.”

Offerings at the Bellevue location include core menu items with broad fan appeal like the Shrimp ‘N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, Lobster and Brie Omelette, Huevos Rancheros, Southern Chicken Sandwich and more. In addition, kids can enjoy classic breakfast offerings including Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, the French Toast Sampler or the Little Rooster (scrambled egg, fresh seasonal fruit, English muffin and baked bacon). The new location also features an enticing and modernized environment where gourmet food and beverages – including a full bar with signature cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and bloody marys.

Open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, Another Broken Egg Cafe showcases chef-inspired dishes made with high-quality ingredients, offering a diverse menu that caters to gluten-friendly, vegetarian, and other dietary needs. The Bellevue cafe will operate from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

For guests on-the-go, Another Broken Egg Cafe offers online ordering with convenient takeout and delivery options to the surrounding community, as well as small and large group catering.
