Beignets & Brew is planning to join The Arcade at 237 Fourth Avenue N, according to recently filed permits.
The Florida-based chain currently has four locations: two in Florida, one in Georgia and one in Alabama. They have 12 more locations in the pipeline across Florida, Alabama and Tennessee, according to their website.
The location heading to The Arcade is the only spot currently slated for Tennessee. It is expected to open in February, according to the Beignets & Brew website.
While information regarding design and buildout remain unknown at this time, one of the owners did confirm the location with What Now Nashville.
“Looking forward to being in Nashville!” one of the owners stated via email.
The chain serves beignets, with varying flavors like s’mores beignets and cinna-swirl beignets. It also serves handcrafted coffee beverages such as a cinna-toast crunch latte and a nutella latte, energy drinks, smoothies, beer, wine and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
Beignets & Brew will join other concepts heading to or recently opened at The Arcade. Ugly Bagel debuted this week at the development.
