Founder Robbie Nowinski confirmed plans for the new location with What Now Nashville, sharing in an email that he is excited to bring a local brand to the neighborhood.

“Recently, Nashville has seen an influx of brands from outside our city, particularly in 12South, and what drew us to this particular space is that we could be right next door to our beloved friends at Ladybird Taco and Full Ride Cycling,” Nowinski said in an email. “When we enter a new neighborhood, our goal is to create more opportunities for impact, connection, vibrancy, health and wellness. We feel the synergy between us and the local neighboring businesses will really have an immense positive impact on the community.”

The 1,297-square-foot space will have similarities to the other seven E+Rose cafes throughout the city while also having unique touches. Customers can expect a bright, simple design that places emphasis on earth tones and plants.

Nowinski said they are aiming to open this location by the beginning of May.

E+Rose, which serves items like smoothies, bowls, toasts, coffee and tea, also recently opened its first out-of-state location in Atlanta. Nowinski sees the brand moving beyond Nashville, but his goal is always to focus on quality.

“For us, it is not about opening new locations — it is about bringing our shared investment to new communities to generate a positive feedback loop and flywheel that compounds and gives more than it receives,” Nowinski said. “When people are mentally and physically healthy, they are better able to focus on being understanding, patient and compassionate. Healthier people, we believe, ultimately will create healthier environments, neighborhoods and cities. We intend to bring that mindset and ethos to as many places and as far as we can, and to live and grow by our motto of ‘Eat Well, Be Kind.’”
