Reporting by The Tennessean indicates that Davey Rowe-Mabee, Steve Mabee, Kelly Boutwell and Jamie White will also be a part of development plans.

What Now Nashville connected with Weinberg over email to learn more about Lost and Found LLC’s plans in the coming months.

“Me and my partners have been working in the real estate development and hospitality worlds for the better part of two decades,” said Weinberg. “My professional background is in Luxury Hospitality and Real Estate Sales and Development. Over the last 15 years we’ve built more than 100 homes, businesses and mixed use projects in Nashville, particularly in East.”

Now, Weinberg and his team are kicking off a new project, aimed at creating a community hub in the Inglewood area.

“We wanted to create a space that was family-friendly in Inglewood– something that catered to not just a young bar-going crowd, but also families,” said Weinberg. “The project will feature rotating food trucks, a fixed bar, retail bays, a wine bar and likely some additional food and beverage options.”

Weinberg pointed to East Nashville Beer Works as a source of inspiration for Lost and Found LLC’s development plans.

According to Weinberg, “a number of well known entities have expressed interest and are already actively working with us on development schemes.”

In addition to his leadership of Lost and Found LLC, Weinberg is co-founder of MW Real Estate, Retrograde Coffee and Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea. Weinberg confirmed that there are no plans currently in place for either of those two restaurant concepts to take up space in the new development site.

A permit filed with the city indicates one area of the development will have a 40-seat bar in a 1,000 square-foot space. Weinberg confirmed that this bar will be a part of many structures across the development. Lost and Found LLC is in the early stages of applying for permits at this time.

Weinberg shared his goals for the first restaurants in the development to be open by Q1 2025.
