After a brief closure during the move, the coffee trailer has plans to reopen at 406 Church Street on Nov. 12, with plans for a grand opening celebration on Nov. 16.

The coffee brand, which advertises itself as a pro-life and veteran-owned company, donates a portion of sales to support pro-life causes, according to the company’s Instagram page.

Co-owner Robert Mitterando told What Now Nashville that he had been eyeing the new location for some time. He views the new location as an opportunity to drive up sales and fuel growth.

As a part of the move, Mitterando and the team will also be gradually rolling out an expanded food menu. They will start with pastries and sweets from local artisans. By December, Mitterando hopes to start serving a light cafe-style menu with items such as avocado toast and bagels with cream cheese and lox.

“That won’t be day one at the new location. But part of the move is to get the menu expanded beyond coffee and teas [and] really make the business sustainable,” Mitterando said.

Down the line, Mitterando said they will be searching for a storefront, but for now, they will stay in the trailer.

“Eventually we want to have a brick-and-mortar store, but we just haven’t found the right building and location for that yet,” Mitterando said.
