Party Fowl opened in Nashville in 2014 and now has three locations: one in Downtown Nashville, one in Donelson and one in the Nashville International Airport.

Scott Taylor, CEO of Cherry Bounce Hospitality, was introduced to Party Fowl’s hot chicken and Boozy Slushies in 2018.

“I’m a fan of the brand, so when there was an opportunity to partner with the team here, we took advantage of it,” Taylor told What Now Nashville.

Like many brands that have been facing struggles in the Nashville market, Party Fowl had been going through a restructuring phase when Cherry Bounce Hospitality stepped in to make changes to the system and leadership. He said they are focusing on maintaining consistency across the brand and making changes to help further Party Fowl’s growth in the coming years.

Customers can expect the brand to roll out a new, affordable lunch menu and new takes on slushies. Taylor said that there will also be two new locations opening in the market in the coming year. While he said they are still in the early stages and the team is not prepared to release further details about exact sites at this time, he did share that they are eyeing neighborhoods like Franklin and Murfreesboro.

“We’ve got a few different spots we’re looking at in the market. We’re looking at smaller-sized buildings — 3,000-3,500 square feet,” Taylor said. “It will be a little smaller but still deliver a great experience.”

Ultimately, the plan is to continue expansion, slowly but surely, across the southeastern U.S.

“We love the culture, resilience, drive and passion behind the Party Fowl brand — it’s inspiring,” Taylor said in the release. “Our team looks forward to welcoming Party Fowl into our family of brands, supporting its continuing growth and helping up-level operations in this new partnership.”
