The new spot will open as a long-term pop-up this fall at Hunters Station. The Radish pop-up will remain there for about a year, and then it will move to a more permanent location in East Nashville. At this time, Frederickson told What Now Nashville that they are still working through the lease, so the exact location of the permanent East Nashville spot is TBA.
Frederickson launched Radish in 2020. The local brand now has two spots in the Nashville area: one in West Nashville and one in Franklin. She said that the East Nashville location was inspired by the customer base there and the Radish team’s desire to better serve that community.
“We’re excited to be part of East Nashville,” she said. “Ever since opening Radish in 2020, we’ve had requests to come to the east side. So we’re excited to be part of it.”
Radish serves a fast-casual health-focused menu of salads, grain bowls and wraps. Frederickson emphasized that even though Radish is a fast-casual concept, it sets itself apart by making everything in house.
“We are truly house-made in a world where everything comes through big distributors,” Frederickson said. “We make everything in house, from our dressings to our proteins to our spreads, and we’re really proud of that.”
The new spot will feature the same menu, although the temporary pop-up at Hunters Station will not serve the frozen yogurt that the other locations offer due to space constraints. However, the eventual permanent spot in East Nashville will serve a frozen yogurt menu.
In the future, Frederickson hopes to grow the brand to as many cities as possible, but for now she is focused on the East Nashville expansion and preparing to serve the community there.
