Representatives from 117 Entertainment Group — an entertainment firm that represents the restaurant and Icon — told What Now that the bar and lounge is under construction and is expected to open next year.

A permit filing entered on the November 3rd showed that the 1st and 4th level of the project is currently being rehabbed.

Miller, who also owns Johnny Cash Museum, started the project in 2019, with a 2020 opening date. However, due to the pandemic, the project was put on hold. In 2021, Miller told Nashville Business Journal that he decided to add a luxury rental component to the concept.

Miller is partnering with Frank Sinatra Enterprises for the project, which will be housed inside the historic Southern Turf building.

Diners can expect to see photos of Sinatra and hear his greatest hits while dining inside the bar and lounge.
