Per a press release for the new location, Toastique in North Capitol will take up 1625 square feet on the ground floor of a mixed-development unit with over 300 residential spaces. It will have indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio.

First-time Toastique franchisee Andy Patel is behind the new location 820 4th Ave N Suite 127.

What Now Nashville spoke with Patel over the phone, who is currently finishing up his training as a franchisee.

“Every time I drink one of Toastique’s juices, I am blown away by the flavor,” said Patel. “I want to see the Nashville community’s face when they try our juices, smoothies and toasts. We hope to bring something that people will truly love to the area and feed a positive reaction across the community.”

Patel signed a three-unit franchise agreement with Toastique. Patel confirmed that he is eyeing Franklin and Brentwood for his two other locations, but no sites have been selected there yet.

At the North Capital location, Toastique will offer cocktails like mimosas, spicy margaritas and bloody marys to complement its extensive selection of breakfast foods and non-alcoholic beverages.

Toastique was founded in 2018 by former D1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe. After opening a flagship location in Washington, D.C., Toastique began franchising and now has locations in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Utah, Virginia, and starting next month, Tennessee.

“There are a lot of moving pieces we are working to finalize at the moment in order to have a grand opening in the last week of June,” said Patel. “We are working hard to hit that timeline and can’t wait to open.”

Stay tuned for updates about Patel’s two other franchised locations of Toastique.
