“The club is due to open in early summer,” Padel Haus spokesperson Ben Nichols told What Now Nashville. There’s currently no official grand opening date. Permits indicate the project is in the construction phase and will open as part of the mixed-use Penske Media Corp. industrial complex.

Padel Haus offers players a unique sport combining elements of tennis and racquetball and is seen as a competitor to pickleball, another court-based sport rising in popularity. Last year, an article from the New York Times cited padel as “one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.”

The Nashville location of Padel Haus will include eight courts and upscale amenities like locker rooms, a rock climbing wall, coworking spaces, a lounge, and its in-house juice bar called Juice Haus, described as “an original juice bar concept featuring a plant-forward menu curated to support healthy living” by Padel Haus’s website.

With a wide array of menu options, Juice Haus will allow padel players to refuel with cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, smoothies and bowls, sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, and tea.

“Nashville has undergone a real renaissance in recent years, as evidenced by the opening of other lifestyle brands such as Soho House and 1 Hotel, amongst many others,” said Santiago Gomez, founder and CEO of Padel Haus, in the press release. “Over the last 18 months, we have seen just how much New York City has taken to this incredible sport, and as a creative city that thrives on new trends, I am convinced that Nashville is the ideal place to launch our first location outside of NYC. The fact that we are first to market gives us a competitive advantage and an interesting challenge ahead,” he added.

Padel Haus was founded in 2022 and currently has three locations in Brooklyn, New York. Customers can stay in the know about Padel Haus Nashville on its website.
