The restaurant is currently in the permitting process and is awaiting approval from the Spring Hill Planning Commission to start the build-out at a site near the Main Street and Miles Johnson Parkway intersection, according to permits.

An opening timeline is currently too far out to determine, though based on the current permitting stage, it’s likely to be a few years away from a grand opening to the public.

Known best for its farm-fresh and locally-sourced approach to American comfort food, Aubrey’s was founded in 1992 by owner Aubrey Randy Burleson, a Knoxville native and veteran restauranteur, who also has a few other concepts under his belt including Bistro By The Tracks, Sunspot, Stefano’s, and Fieldhouse Social.

“Step into any of our 14 locations across East Tennessee and you will always find smiling faces, great food and satisfying portions. We focus on serving perfectly prepared pastas, fresh seafood and the southern favorites you crave so you can focus on what matters the most to you…quality time spent with family and friends,” states Aubrey’s website.

The menu at Aubrey’s includes a diverse array of burgers, soups, salads, pasta, steak, chicken, seafood and sandwiches, as well as a full bar and a happy hour special. Its operating hours at its current 14 locations are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

What Now Nashville reached out to the Aubrey’s team for comment, but did not immediately receive a response by the time of publication.

Customers can stay up to date with the progress of Spring Hill’s Aubrey’s location as it gets closer to an opening date on its website as well as Instagram and Facebook.
