Site plans show the 2,600 square-foot restaurant will neighbor retailers like Carhartt, LoveSac, and an optometrist office. Clari Park is expected to bring plenty of foot traffic and visitors to the growing Nashville suburb of Murfreesboro. According to an article by Alpyne Strategy, a local marketing agency involved in the construction of Clari Park, “Of the total acreage, 30 acres will be dedicated to constructing several exciting and fresh new restaurants and businesses within Clari Park. Some of these new upcoming restaurants include CAVA, Firebird’s Wood Fire Grill, Drake’s, and Whataburger.”
The CAVA brand got its start in 2011 from co-founder and CEO Brett Schulman. CAVA’s nationwide growth has ramped up since it acquired its competitor, Zoe’s Kitchen, in 2018. The corporate-owned chain serves customizable, Chipotle-style Mediterranean bowls, pitas, and salads.
Popular menu items at CAVA include its signature Crazy Feta dip, which can also be found in retail grocery stores, spicy lamb meatballs, harissa honey chicken, and its herby Skhug, a traditional Middle Eastern sauce made with cilantro.
Customers can keep up to date with CAVA on its website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
