Taqueria Zepeda previously operated as a pop-up in Australia, and now falls under the Strategic Hospitality family of dining concepts. The taqueria will replace Alebrije after a two-year partnership with Chef Edgar Victoria concluded in 2023. Chef Claudette Zepeda will step in to bring her bold approach to regional Mexican cuisine to Nashville SC fans this spring.

Customers can find Taqueria Zepeda at two locations within GEODIS Park: the South Stand, near Gate F, and the North Stand, near Gate A. Taqueria Zepeda will be available on Nashville SC match days and during all events held at the stadium.

“We are immensely grateful for Edgar and our successful two years with Tacos By Alebrije,” stated Max Goldberg of Strategic Hospitality in the release. “I was fortunate enough to meet Claudette as a Henry Crown Fellow after being a fan of her wins on Iron Chef: Quest For An Iron Legend and Iron Chef: México. Ever since, I’ve wanted to find a way to bring her talents to Nashville. Claudette is just one of those special people who create a wake of goodness wherever she goes. Hopefully this is the first of many projects we can accomplish together,” he added.

Taqueria Zepeda will feature three different types of Tacos “Con Todo” enveloped in corn tortillas – Pulled Pork Adobada, served with charred pineapple, creamy avocado salsa, and cilantro; Steak, served with avocado mash and salsa de molcajete; and Chicken Salsa Verde, served with creamy avocado salsa and spicy pickle. Fans can also enjoy a variety of botanas, or snacks, including Cheese Quesadilla, Queso with Rajas, and Cinnamon Sugar Crisps, according to the release.

“Cooking is a dialogue of stories, and I’m excited to share mine with the Nashville community,” Chef Zepeda stated. “I have been looking for a home to bring Taqueria Zepeda from Sydney, Australia, and Nashville has felt like home since my first visit here in 2021. I’m thrilled to welcome all of the Nashville SC fans with some border kid hospitality.”
