The Chloe, a New Orleans-based establishment, comes from the minds of LeBLANC + SMITH hospitality group and Nashville-based commercial real estate development firm The Mainland Companies.

“We’re really excited to create something that goes beyond just a hotel; a place that not only enables visitors to experience Nashville as a local would, but where that local community can live and work and come together, all in a place entirely reflective of Nashville’s art, design, hospitality, and culinary culture. We’re thrilled to be partnered with renowned local partners from Mainland to Remick and Duke Design to bring this to life,” said Robert LeBlanc, Founder & Creative Director of LeBLANC+SMITH.

An exact grand opening date is pending. The development process is currently in the permitting phase.

The hotel will offer 19 guest rooms, ranging from 400 square feet to 817 square feet. Nine rooms will be housed in two historic, existing homes with a new third building adding ten rooms, according to the Nashville Business Journal. Its restaurant will be led by a Nashville-based chef, beverage director, and general manager to cater to Music City’s distinct culture, though these positions are not currently filled at the time of publication.

If the menu at The Chloe Nashville’s signature restaurant will be anything like its NOLA location, customers can anticipate brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings, with dishes featuring seasonal produce, regionally-based entrees, and an emphasis on steak and seafood.

“Both restaurants are very much a reflection of the cities in which they live and breathe. Our food and drinks, like our design, will tell the story of Nashville’s heritage while embodying the culture and spirit of 21st Century Nashville. Like The Chloe New Orleans is to its own community, The Chloe Nashville’s restaurant and bar will be oriented to those who call Nashville home, inviting them to treat Chloe as their very own place to meet and entertain. The similarities will also be found in how people are made to feel. Both New Orleans and Nashville will embody the innate joie de vivre and sense of Southern hospitality that makes both cities so beloved,” LeBlanc told What Now Nashville.

Stay tuned for more updates, including an official grand opening date, on The Chloe Nashville’s website.
