Taking its own twist on the southern classic, Pharmacy makes its pimento cheese in-house using cheddar and pimento peppers, layered on top of an all-beef patty, double-smoked bacon, and mouthwatering pickles. Served with hand-cut fries and your choice of 13 different dipping sauces, this limited-run burger should not be missed out on. Pro tip: use your fries to scoop up the rest of the pimento cheese that’s dripped off the burger. Liquid gold cannot be wasted.

The Pimento Burger

Since opening in 2012, Pharmacy has become a one-stop shop for Music City’s burger, beer, and bratwurst cravings, filling the niche for an authentic German tavern and beer garden oasis. During the warmer months, their outdoor seating is packed full of good vibes and frosty mugs.

Its comprehensive and inclusive menu offers 11 delicious burgers year-round with an option to always build your own burger. Pharmacy hand-grinds all patties in-house, including its vegan-friendly Impossible patty option. For those looking for a meat alternative, Pharmacy steps up above the rest by offering three options: Impossible, black bean, and falafel.

The Pharmacy Burger Parlor is open daily from 11am – 9:30pm at 731 Mcferrin Ave. Customers have until April 30 to try the special Pimento Burger.
