There are currently no leases signed yet, as the locations are still years away from opening.

Franchisees Rajiv Vyas and Gary Patel are joining forces to bring multiple Atomic Wings units to the greater Nashville area, according to a Jan. 2023 press release. Vyas and Patel are already very familiar with the territory from owning multiple Subway stores in the state.

“We’re excited to expand in the state, with at least 10 stores over four to five years,” Vyas told What Now Nashville.

“We have extensive experience in the franchising industry with the Subway locations we both own,” said Patel. “So we are excited to get started with a new brand. We really love the concept of franchising, especially with Atomic Wings,” Patel said in the release.

Atomic Wings currently operates over 10 locations across the country and is planning on large-scale growth from their franchise partnerships throughout 2023.

The menu at Atomic Wings offers choices between a base of buffalo wings, boneless wings, five different sizes, and 14 different sauces ranging from spice levels of mild, medium, and hot.

The brand Atomic Wings was originally created in 1989 by Adam Lippin, with a mission to share authentic New York-style Buffalo wings with the world. The brand is currently led by owners and brothers Zak and Ray Omar, who are multi-unit franchisees themselves with Dunkin’, creating a brand focused on franchisee success and satisfaction, the Atomic Wings’ franchise website states.

“This business model allows franchisees to offer customers never frozen, natural and hormone-free chicken wings hand-tossed in more than 14 proprietary sauces, a classic menu, a welcoming dining experience and a commitment to quality,” according to the website.
