Although an official opening date has not yet been announced, the location is still undergoing construction and is likely to open within one to two months. The Glasshaus website predicted being open by the end of summer. The new coffee bar is slated to offer a variety of craft espresso-based beverages, a food menu, and may even offer alcohol.
“From the handmade mugs, to the in-house designed and made cold brew tower, or the beans that we roast up front, all that we do is artfully and thoughtfully laid out to deliver the most unique coffee shop in a city with coffee everywhere you can look,” states the website.
The concept will be separated into four different spaces, including the interactive glass blowing space, a venue for private events, an art gallery, and the Coffehaus cafe/bar space. “Our goal was to establish a place where there is a community of people from all walks of life, whether they are casual visitors or experienced artists, can engage in the creation and exploration of new things. Being with others enjoying delicious food, coffee, and the most uniquely curated venue experience is made even more cool because of the blown glass that will bind it all together,” the about section of the site describes.
Its Instagram page shows construction progress happening onsite at Glasshaus throughout the summer. What Now Nashville reached out for comment regarding the project, but did not hear a response from Coffeehaus officials.
