It’s official: Buds & Brews has confirmed its second location for 1024 Woodland St. in East Nashville’s popular dining district, the Five Points neighborhood. It will neighbor local restaurants like Five Points Pizza, Margot Cafe and Bar, and Reunion.
Buds & Brews recently created an Instagram for the new location, put the address on its website, and put up signage outside the Five Points site. It’s currently unclear when the new restaurant is planning to open, though it could be as early as one or two months from now.
Carefully curated for potency and quality, Buds & Brews infuses legal, hemp-derived THC from Delta-9 into its sauces and mocktails for customers who enjoy getting the munchies. Since its debut in 2022 at its Germantown location, Buds & Brews has helped usher forth a new wave of THC-friendly consumer habits in Nashville, with local restaurants and bars such as M.L. Rose following suit, now carrying THC-infused drinks like Better Than Booze and local deli 51st Deli selling Crescent 9’s THC Seltzer.
Buds & Brews’ food menu consists of classic American comfort foods that perfectly pair with its cannabis sauces, including burgers, salads, wraps, tacos, pizza, and fried chicken. It offers a late-night happy hour from 10pm – 12pm with an array of appetizers, as well as weekend “wake and bake” brunch from 9am – 3pm.
Founded by entrepreneur Mike Soloman in 2021, Buds & Brews may be his only restaurant but not his only business. The concept combines his decades of experience in the cannabis community, originating in California as a medical cannabis grower. Now, Soloman also helms The Holistic Connection and Tri Star Medical dispensaries, as well as a residential and commercial real estate development company called Middle Tennessee Properties.
