Recently announced, the grand opening of Crisp & Green’s first location in the Volunteer State is set to open this week on Thursday, June 29 at Nashville Yards, with an address of 101 Platform Way N.
The franchise owners of the location, Lori and Mark Mitchell, have arranged to host a celebratory free Orange Theory fitness class to promote the grand opening, as well as offering a free signature salad or grain bowl from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for customers to try out the menu.
Once the first location has opened, construction and permitting efforts for the next two Crisp & Green locations in Nashville will ramp up under the Mitchell’s ownership. These will hopefully open within the next year or two, although an official opening timeline for these upcoming locations is currently unknown. The Crisp & Green website states that locations two and three are coming soon, with addresses TBD.
It’s likely that these two locations will stay near Nashville’s metro area, in close proximity to the Nashville Yards location, and might open in one of Nashville’s growing neighborhoods such as Green Hills or Wedgewood Houston, however, the exact locations are not yet confirmed.
“When looking at Nashville as our first location in Tennessee, we were inspired by the deep sense of community,” Lori originally told The Tennessean. “Because Crisp & Green is not only a place for locals to enjoy nutritious and convenient salads but also to attend health and wellness events, we’re thrilled to open our doors in Nashville Yards,” she added.
Crisp & Green specializes in chef-crafted and scratch-made salads, grain bowls, smoothies, and acai bowls with over 250 locations nationwide and plans to grow even more in the upcoming years.
What Now Nashville reached out to the Mitchells for comment but did not immediately hear a response by the time of publication.
