The owners of Pourtaste, a cocktail consultation and bar consultant company, now have plans to open a culinary Estate in Hendersonville.
The Highlight is “an all-ages culinary estate featuring artisan food vendors, boutique coffee, craft cocktails, live music, outdoor movies,” according to its website.
Jon and Lindsay Yeager are cocktail and bar consultants for hotels, restaurants, and bars. They also own the Nashville Cocktail Festival.
The Highlight is expected to open in 2023, but a July Facebook post states that “the buildout” is “taking way longer than expected.”
The Yeagers recently opened Edit, a french Polynesian-inspired cafe and cocktail bar.
Jon and Lindsay Yeager did not immediately respond to What Now requests for comment.
