Though an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the restaurant posted on its website that it will be hosting a job fair on March 14 and 15 to finish hiring staff for the upcoming spring opening.

Hand Cut Chophouse is owned by Riot Hospitality, which also oversees operations of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row.

“Riot Hospitality Group takes pride in our premier hospitality experiences at all of our brands across the country,” said Lissa Druss of Riot Hospitality Group in an email to What Now Nashville. “We know Nashville has some incredibly talented people, and we look forward to hiring outgoing, dedicated people to join our Hand Cut family. Our simple goal is to give Nashvillians and visitors a top-notch experience.”

The job fair will be from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. and the goal is to hire around 50 employees for the new location.

The restaurant will be located downtown at 708 Demonbreun St, close to Broadway, and is likely to open in April.

“Opening soon for lunch and dinner, Hand Cut will also feature daily live music from Nashville’s legendary up-and-coming talent. Uniquely decedent, Hand Cut’s high-energy atmosphere and trendy, design-oriented ambiance assure an unforgettable experience,” Druss told What Now Nashville.

Some of the dishes that Hand Cut serves at its Scottsdale location and is expected to serve on its Nashville menu are crab and herb pasta, truffle cheeseburger, Hawaiian pork chop, and desserts like locally-made cheesecake.

“Dedicated to quality, Hand Cut has partnered with Greater Omaha Packing and will feature Hereford beef. The cattle are born and raised responsibly in Nebraska and have a traceable lineage that is guaranteed Angus heritage. The beef exclusively selected for Hand Cut will be premium “A” maturity and selected based on marbling for the best quality, taste, and texture. Along with other things like fresh sides and salads to satisfy everyone, there is always a perfect pairing for a meal with a full mixology bar, local draft beers, and a world-class wine list,” Druss said in an email about Hand Cut.
