The Atlanta-based golf chain will offer a food and beverage menu designed by Fred Castellucci III, the CEO of Castellucci Hospitality Group. In addition, the golf club will feature eight simulator bays and golf lounges, according to the Nashville Business Journal

“We love Nashville — it’s always been a place we’ve wanted to take Intown. It has a wonderful mix for art, music, sports and community,” Williamson told the Nashville Business Journal. “And in some ways, it reminds us of our hometown of Atlanta…a vibrant city with a strong golf culture but not a ton of access to golf courses. There has been an enthusiastic response so far to the club, just by word-of-mouth. It also helps that we’re in the 12South neighborhood. We’re big fans of that part of town, and feel lucky to call it home.”

The company uses TrackMan technology to provide an accurate golfing experience to members, who can access more than 170 courses from around the world. Intown Golf Club locations also offer private dining areas, locker rooms and steam rooms.

Intown Golf describes its experience as luxurious, focusing on “a sense of intrigue and escape,” according to its website. It provides a weatherproof space for private gatherings, community events and golf practice. The brand emphasizes that it aims to create a community of golfers at each of its locations.

CEO Michael Williamson launched the brand with co-founder and CMO Clint Jarvis in 2020 in Atlanta. Currently, the brand has locations in Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Columbus. It plans to expand into Houston, Washington, D.C., Dallas, Scottsdale, a new area of Atlanta and Austin in addition to Nashville in the coming years.

The almost two-acre Ashwood 12 South development has announced other tenants, as well, including retailers Birkenstock, Reformation, Roark and Burdlife, and restaurants like Two Hands, SunLife Organics and Sushi-San.

Intown Golf Club is anticipating a summer 2025 opening for its Nashville location.
