Motif on Music Row is currently under construction at 50 Music Square West, on the corner of Chet Atkins Place and Music Square West. The boutique hotel has been developed by Sila Developments, a Nashville based development company focusing on growth in the hospitality sector. The site was previously home to the nine-story octagon-shaped United Artists Tower. After considering several possible directions for the property, the Sila Developments team demolished the building in 2019 and began construction on the new 7 story hotel in 2021. The property is scheduled to open around November 2023.

Motif on Music Row will be managed by Triumph Hospitality, a Nashville based hotel management group. Triumph Hospitality operates and manages several hotels in middle Tennessee, and their team has played a key role in bringing the Motif on Music Row to life. “Motif will be an amazing addition to Nashville’s thriving hospitality industry. We are excited to introduce a product that falls between a traditional hotel room and a short-term rental. The apartment style suites give travelers the space they would enjoy in an Airbnb with the cleanliness and service guarantees that they enjoy in a hotel”, said Katie Schultz, President of Sales for Triumph Hospitality in a statement.
