A representative of Sauced was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Nashville’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the article, Sauced will open sometime in the spring of 2024.

“Wine is the emphasis at Sauced (with 30 by-the-glass options available in the Williamsburg outpost), with the numbers-modest food menu to offer creations from some guest chefs. The focus will be on low-intervention wines (organic wines fermented without additives using traditional winemaking methods),” Nashville Post states.

Sauced has a menu showcasing wines such as Agnes + Rene Mosse, Claus Preisinger, Milan Nestarec, Herve Souhaut, and Anne-Claude Leflaive, and promises a delightful wine selection for enthusiasts and novices alike. The wine bar also sets the mood with a carefully curated vinyl collection, encompassing an eclectic range of musical genres, including jazz, soul, funk, hip-hop, rock ‘n’ roll, and disco.

Sauced’s mission is said to be grounded in simplicity, echoing the managing director Damien del Rio’s approach to food and travel stated in the article. It’s about serving excellent wines to good people while ensuring that everyone has an exceptional time. The establishment doesn’t take itself too seriously, as reflected in its playful approach to hospitality.
