The business has been teasing customers with social media posts showing the construction progress at the new location. As of March 2, refrigerated meat cases are being installed and the new site is “getting really close,” states a Facebook video posted by the business.

TN Craft Butcher specializes in selling prime cuts from Doddy Creek Farms. The business smokes meat in-house and sells its own seasoning rubs as well as catering pop-up events with crowd favorites like burgers, white chili, cheesesteaks, and hot chicken. The prepared food menu at its brick-and-mortar location will likely be rounded out with more items, although official menu details have not yet been confirmed.

As seen on its Instagram, the brand’s first major catering gig was for country artist Jason Aldean last year.

What Now Nashville reached out to TN Craft Butcher officials for additional comment, including an opening date, but did not receive a response by the time of publication. Customers can keep updated with TN Craft Butcher news on its Facebook and Instagram pages. The business does not appear to have an official website created.
