Two Hands specializes in fresh, coastal fare inspired by the Australian cafe culture of founder and CEO Henry Roberts’ home country. You can currently find them in Nashville, Austin, TX, along with their flagship location in New York City. Besides Franklin, Two Hands also has places in Denver and Dallas in the works for 2023 and 2024.

Labeled an all-day cafe, for brekky you’ll find options like lemon poppyseed waffles, smashed avocado toast, scrambles with seasonal vegetables, and mid-day plates like the chicken schnitzel roll or the Two Hander burger.

Their dinner menu includes small plates like pork belly and cheddar croquettes, aguachile verde, and wok-tossed clams with vegan lime butter, with expansive seasonal entrees like miso mushroom hotpot or lamb barbacoa. On the beverage side, Two Hands offers options fit for am or pm like smoothies and juice (bottled in house), specialty lattes, signature cocktails, plus beer and wine.

The Factory at Franklin currently houses eateries like Five Daughters Bakery and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and will soon welcome other new restaurants like Edley’s Bar-B-Que. Formerly a stove manufacturing plant, the 1920s era factory is being redeveloped by Holladay Properties to bring the historic landmark into a new era with retail shops, art studios, and foodie hot spots.

Two Hands in Franklin is reportedly their largest location to date and according to their social media is projected to open by Summer 2023. Get to know more and stay updated by following their Instagram
