According to recent reporting, Buona Beef will open a new location in Murfreesboro soon. The new site will occupy 4,706 square feet at the new Clari Park mixed-use development along Willow Oak Trail and Roby Corlew Lane, with an exact address pending construction.
An opening timeline for the new location is forthcoming. It’s likely to open by the end of the year or early 2025.
Local news site boropulse.com revealed the Buona Beef location coming to Murfreesboro. The chain debuted its first Tennessee locations – and first outside of Illinois – back in 2022 for locations coming to Nolensville, Franklin, Spring Hill, and Smyrna.
Buona Beef Tennessee locations are owned by co-franchisees Jesse Alvarez and Tony Vendramin. The fast-casual concept offers a drive-through, dining room, and mobile ordering. Buona Beef specializes in roast beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, burgers, salads, pizza, pasta, and even a “beefless” sandwich option made from seitan for vegans to partake in the authentic cuisine.
Founders Joe and Peggy Buonavolanto opened the first Buona Beef restaurant in Berwyn, Illinois, four decades ago. Now, the chain has nearly 30 locations in the Midwest and Southeast.
According to the brand’s website, “the plan was simple, take a classic Chicago street food and elevate it with fresh ingredients, all-natural beef, a family recipe and a friendly atmosphere that could be enjoyed by all.”
