Though an official grand opening date is not yet known, the Hermitage location is likely to open before the holidays, with a goal being the first or second week of December.

Founded in South Carolina in 1997, Eggs Up Grill is known for its all-day breakfast and brunch options, serving up classics like blueberry pancakes and steak and eggs as well as creative offerings like its coastal crab cake benedict and a brunch burger. The concept prides itself on its approachable, homey feel that brings people together, with all menu items served from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“When you’re here, the hectic pace of the day fades away into the sounds of laughter as friends and family make up for lost time. At Eggs Up Grill, we are neighbors serving neighbors, where everyone who walks through the door is warmly welcomed and greeted with a smile,” states the Eggs Up Grill website.

What Now Nashville spoke with Amy about their plans for 10 future Eggs Up Grill locations in the greater Nashville area under their ownership, with the first being Hermitage.

“Eggs Up Grill has been around for 25 years, and we’re growing a lot in the near future. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cheery and welcoming, and we give back to the community across all our locations,” Amy shared in a phone interview.

“When I was a customer at the location of Eggs Up Grill in Canton, Georgia, I was so impressed with the company and how they care about their owners. They teach all their owners how to support and care for their community. We host a lot of fundraisers at Eggs Up Grill, and what we’re excited about with the Hermitage location is that we’ll have a room called ‘The Coop’ that will specifically be used as a meeting room with lots of great wiring and tech hookups to be able to showcase meetings for fundraising and community events, we’ll also have a large patio at this location for outdoor dining,” Amy stated.

“The Hermitage location combined three units, so it will be a large 3,600 square foot location of beautiful, new, and updated space. It’s got a great family feeling and amazing service. Our saying is ‘everything to make you smile’, and our staff is trained well to uphold that,” Amy said.

Customers can keep up to date about Eggs Up Grill’s growth on its website and Instagram.
