The famous West Coast burger brand, In-N-Out, is set to make Antioch’s Century Farms mixed-use development its first official home in Tennessee, according to recently filed permits with Metro. The address of the upcoming location will be 4136 William Turner Pkwy, neighboring future sites of Chick-fil-A and Whataburger. An exact opening timeline is too far out to determine but is likely to open within a year or two.

News of a location in Antioch comes after the company submitted plans earlier this year for its Southeast headquarters office and onsite eatery at Franklin’s Berry Farms mixed-use development, near Goose Creek Bypass and Interstate 65.

Most well-known for its secret menu featuring animal-style burgers, fries, and an addictive special sauce, In-N-Out appears on the surface to be indistinguishable from its other fast food competitors. Over the years, however, its reputation has preceded itself for being a cult classic burger chain that uses fresh, never-frozen ingredients, made-to-order menu items, affordable yet quality products, and treats its employees as well as its customers, with industry-leading hourly pay, frequent raises and promotions, and good company culture.

In 2023, In-N-Out is celebrating 75th anniversary with a special car cruise and dinner event for the company’s charity, Slave 2 Nothing, and limited edition merchandise sold at its online store.

A representative from In-N-Out could not immediately be reached for comment. Stay tuned for additional updates on In-N-Out’s website.
