On the heels of celebrating 15 years in business and fresh off the news of expanding in Franklin and Inglewood, neighborhood pub M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Founder Austin Ray has announced a third upcoming location for Nashville’s suburbs between Gallatin and Hendersonville, in a yet-to-be-built location at 2145 Nashville Pike.
The newest location is set to open sometime in 2025, though an exact opening timeline is forthcoming.
“While this is the official announcement of our plans to bring M.L.Rose to this area, I can’t help but chuckle because the neighborhoods have been buzzing about it for a few months,” Ray stated in a press release.
The menu at M.L.Rose is rounded out by quality pub food, including handcrafted, seasonally-rotating burgers with an Impossible meat option for vegetarians/vegans, indulgent sandwiches, beer-braised wings, top-voted nachos, and fresh, crisp salads and wraps. Its draft beer menu offers 36 rotating brews and each location boasts a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic options as well.
“That’s a major reason why expansion here makes so much sense. This location is nestled conveniently between Gallatin and Hendersonville, and while these two distinct areas have their own flavors and personalities, they share one thing in common: People want to relax where they live and work. As Nashville continues to expand, we’re proud to follow that growth,” Ray added in the release.
According to reporting by the Nashville Scene, this announcement is the first time Ray has found a way to involve outside investors in the real estate at one of his restaurants, and the first time he’s raised money for an M.L.Rose, but he says it might not be the last.
