Though there is no confirmed grand opening date, the restaurant is currently hiring for kitchen positions and is expected to open doors sometime in late summer or early fall of this year. Nashville local Chris Payne is listed as the owner of the restaurant. What Now Nashville reached out for comment, but PR representatives declined to comment on behalf of Payne.

The restaurant will focus on serving burgers and bourbon-based cocktails from an open-concept kitchen to anchor its locally sourced menu. Burger & Grain has recently been posting sneak previews of its dishes on its Instagram, showcasing carefully crafted salads, steaks, seafood, and burgers. However, its menu is not publicly posted on its website just yet.

“From in-house dry aging to an extensive whiskey and bourbon program to our complete scratch, open-kitchen concept, you’ll be a regular in no time,” states one of Burger & Grain’s Instagram captions.

Customers can keep updated with Burger & Grain’s official opening date as it approaches later this summer on its website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
