According to the Cotton and Snow website, a new location of the dessert shop will be opening soon in Hermitage, a nearby suburb of Nashville.
Although it’s too early in the process to know the address of the Hermitage location or when it will open, the timeline is likely to be anywhere within the next year, given construction and permitting are completed in a timely manner.
The locally-owned shaved ice company first opened in Nashville in 2021 at its 5th and Broadway location inside Assembly Food Hall. Recently, the brand has announced plans to expand its reach this year with more Tennesee locations as well as venturing out to Texas, as first reported by the Nashville Business Journal.
The menu at Cotton and Snow includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic shaved ice, coffee beverages, cakes, ice cream, milkshakes, and organic house-made cotton candy. Flavors range from the well-known classics to unique and trendy options, including red velvet, banana pudding, cookies and cream, as well as the Sponge Bob, which combines orange, pineapple, and tangerine into its freshly shaved ice base.
“Lauded by celebrities, tourists and locals alike, Cotton & Snow brings together two of the world’s favorite sweet treats with an emphasis on purity. Made with real fruit purees, 100% cane sugar and water that’s been filtrated using reverse osmosis, Cotton & Snow offers ‘the smoothest’ Hawaiian shaved ice, both boozy and nonalcoholic, and cotton candy. This place is a little piece of heaven on Earth,” states the Cotton and Snow profile on Nashville Downtown Partnership’s website.
