Hines, the global real estate investment, development, and property manager, announced it has advanced its plans for Clari Park, a 78-acre mixed-use destination located at 2600 Roby Corlew Ln. in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As part of the development’s first phase, Hines has acquired an 11.4-acre land parcel and has commenced construction on a Class A 300-unit multifamily community, The Residences at Clari Park.
Strategically located in the heart of the larger Hines Clari Park master-planned community, the property will offer future residents a walkable suburban living experience in the core of Murfreesboro’s commercial and entertainment Gateway District adjacent to The Avenue Murfreesboro, an 800,000-square-foot super-regional lifestyle center. In addition to market-leading finishes, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a two-story club space, future residents will enjoy an outdoor amenity package which includes a grand lawn for social events and outdoor games, a performance area, seating nooks and a link to Clari Park’s linear park system.
