Anatolia, owned by Turkish-born brothers Huseyin Ustunkaya and Harun Ustunkaya, has operated in West Nashville at 48 White Bridge Road since 2003. The restaurant is a local favorite for authentic, handmade Meditteranean staples like hummus, shish kabobs, and Kunefe. After nearly 20 years of being open, Anatolia will expand with a second location in Nashville’s popular Music Row neighborhood, at 1000 17th Ave S.
According to recent permits and a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the Ustunkaya brothers bought the building and its parking lot for just over $4 million this month, and an Anatolia employee has confirmed plans to make it Anatolia’s second home. It will neighbor Vanderbilt University, Bobby’s Idle Hour bar, and The Well Coffeehouse.
Although an exact grand opening date is not currently known, it’s likely that the restaurant may open its doors sometime in 2024, given permitting and construction timelines.
Customers can expect both lunch and dinner services from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, with entree prices ranging from $14 to $34.
