The Lifestyle Communities brand of hospitality concepts is cooking up a new venture for Germantown. Morning Ritual, its high-end coffee shop operation, will open at 1220 2nd Ave N. in the coming months as an addition to its LC Germantown residential complex and The Goat onsite restaurant.
Although a grand opening date has not been solidified, the team currently has one other Nashville location already open at 211 Elm Street in SoBro, as well as locations in Ohio and North Carolina with “coming soon” locations in Texas and South Carolina, its website states. The Germantown Morning Ritual may open sometime later this year or early 2025.
According to an Instagram post from The Nash Today, the signage on the exterior of the coffee shop has been put up, showing “coming soon” and “you, me, coffee?” teasing the upcoming location.
Morning Ritual offers a variety of breakfast options including biscuits, muffins, cinnamon rolls, egg scrambles, egg sandwiches, and bagels. Its SoBro location features a Goat specialty menu for espresso drinks like its Spanish mocha, salted caramel cuban, and hot chocolate.
The brand also prides itself on its ambiance and service. “Our cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make Morning Ritual the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and connect with others. Whether you’re catching up with friends, or powering through your morning to-do list, we’ve got you covered,” its website states.
Founded in 1996, Ohio-based Lifestyle Communities has developed over 15,000 residential units at a cost of over $3 billion and is helmed by CEO Michael DeAscentis.
Customers can stay tuned for upcoming opening announcements on Morning Ritual’s website and Instagram. Company officials could not be reached for comment.
